Frankies Bikinis is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates for its Washington, DC boutique, powered by the Leap Platform. You will create memorable shopping experiences, engage authentically, and connect customers with brand stories while meeting team goals.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, maintaining store operations, and collaborating with teammates to handle peak seasonal traffic.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support evolving priorities.

• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
