Frankies Bikinis is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our Miami Beach boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, during the peak selling season. You will create memorable shopping experiences through authentic engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.

As a brand ambassador, you will support day-to-day operations, maintain a welcoming store, and collaborate with your team to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
