Frankies Bikinis in Boston is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates for a boutique role powered by the Leap Platform. You will engage customers, share the brand story, and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

You will also support day-to-day operations, maintain an organized environment, and collaborate with teammates to meet store goals during peak season. $18–$20/hr.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share brand stories.
• Team-oriented with flexibility for seasonal priorities.
• Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor.
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
