You’ll bring the UO experience to life through authentic conversations, trend-spotting, and genuine customer connections, helping shoppers express themselves with flair and confidence. You'll maintain an inspiring, organized space, engage customers about exclusive drops and promotions, and collaborate with the team to keep the store on-brand.

Qualificações

• Enthusiasm for Urban Outfitters and its brand
• Ability to express personal style with confidence
• Enjoy helping others and engaging with customers
• Positive energy and team collaboration
• Comfort in a fast-moving retail environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Bring the Brand to Life—showcase individuality, creativity, and perspective; stay informed on product drops and trends
• Create energy on the salesfloor by engaging customers and sharing enthusiasm for products
• Make shopping seamless by restocking and styling displays; maintain a clean, on-brand space
• Utilize in-store tech to assist customers whether shopping in-store, online, or elsewhere
• Stay curious and flexible, ready to try new things and learn daily
• Work as a team, share ideas, and contribute to a positive store environment
