VIVAIA is seeking a Seasonal Brand Advisor for its Prince Street, SoHo location to deliver an elevated in-store experience and support daily operations.

The role focuses on customer interactions, product knowledge, and driving sales while maintaining store standards. It is a seasonal, temporary, hourly, non-exempt position expected to last about 60 days.

Candidates should have retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

About the Role:

We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Seasonal Brand Advisor to support our Prince Street, SoHo location. In this role you will help deliver an elevated in-store experience, drive sales and support daily store operations with strong attention to detail.

As a Seasonal Brand Advisor, you will play an important role in bringing the brand to life through meaningful client interactions, strong product knowledge, and a well-maintained store environment. This is a seasonal, temporary, hourly, non-exempt position expected to last approximately 60 days, subject to the business needs.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building genuine connections and providing personalized product recommendations

• Drive Sales performance by meeting individual and store goals
• Execute daily operational tasks including replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while minimizing wait time and supporting a seamless checkout experience
• Support overall store operations by following company standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient environment

• 1+ Years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• The hourly salary range for this position is $17 to $23 per hour
