Job summary

VIVAIA is seeking a Seasonal Brand Advisor to support our Roosevelt Field store. This role focuses on delivering an elevated in-store experience, driving sales, and assisting with daily store operations. The position is seasonal, approx. 60 days, hourly, and non-exempt.

You will engage with customers, provide product knowledge, maintain store standards, and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment with a customer-first mindset. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building genuine connections and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store goals.
• Execute daily operational tasks including replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while minimizing wait time and supporting a seamless checkout experience.
• Support overall store operations by following company standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
