Job summary

VIVAIA is seeking a Seasonal Brand Advisor to support our Paramus store opening and early ramp-up. You will deliver an elevated in-store experience, drive sales, and support daily operations with strong attention to detail.

As a Seasonal Brand Advisor, you will bring the brand to life through client interactions and product knowledge. This is a seasonal, temporary, hourly, non-exempt position expected to last about 60 days, with weekend/evening/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with personalized product recommendations.
• Support store opening and ramp-up activities through customer engagement and teamwork.
• Drive sales toward store goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
• Perform daily operational tasks including replenishment, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately and support a seamless checkout.
• Maintain product knowledge and represent the brand confidently in interactions.
• Follow policies and safety guidelines to ensure compliant store operations.
• Support flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak hours.
