Job summary

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred.
• 1–2 years in a high-volume or fine-dining setting.
• Banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Familiar with restaurant point-of-sale systems.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and inform guests about food and beverage options; share info on store and restaurant events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients; suggest items for guests with allergies.
• Address customer concerns and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Perform all service steps, upsell when appropriate, deliver orders, manage table seating, and process checks via InfoGenesis.
• Follow safety guidelines and health sanitation laws.
• Support team with events, storewide activities, and general restaurant operations.
