Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume and/or fine dining restaurant.
• Banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ease of use with restaurant computer systems preferred.
• Physically demanding position: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers upon arrival and inform guests of food and beverage options.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients; suggest items for guests with allergies.
• Address customer concerns and requests professionally and timely.
• Execute all service aspects: upselling, timely delivery, maintaining tables, and processing checks in the system.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and local health laws.
• Support restaurant team with events and storewide projects.
