Job summary

WE-cycle is seeking a Seasonal Bikeshare Tech to maintain the bike fleet and station operations across Aspen and Carbondale, CO. This seasonal position runs Oct. 1 to May 1 with 4 day, 10 hour shifts and pays $25 per hour.

You will perform bike maintenance and repairs, relocate bikes to balance stations, keep stations clean, and assist riders while supporting daily field tasks. WE-cycle offers a dynamic, action‑oriented workplace with progression opportunities as skills grow.

Qualifications

• Experience performing bike repairs and maintenance.
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform bike maintenance and repairs to keep the fleet safe and rider-ready.
• Relocate WE-cycle bikes to balance station availability.
• Maintain station cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Provide rider assistance as needed.
