WE-cycle is seeking a Bikeshare Tech to maintain the WE-cycle fleet and stations in Aspen and Carbondale. You’ll perform routine bike maintenance, support bike redistribution, and uphold safety and reliability standards across the system.
The role emphasizes hands-on field work, operating outdoors in varied weather, and collaborating with teammates to keep service seamless for riders. A valid driver’s license is required.
This position will work in both our Aspen and Carbondale shops. Work week includes four, 10 hour shifts.

The Bikeshare Tech is essential to maintaining the functionality and safety of the WE-cycle system.This role performs routine bike and station maintenance, supports bike redistribution across the system, and maintains operational standards for bikes, stations, and equipment.
WE-cycle supports skill development through defined progression levels. As an employee builds technical skills, demonstrates proficiency, and takes on additional responsibilities, they will have opportunities to advance within the role and earn increased pay.
