The Bikeshare Tech is essential to maintaining the functionality and safety of the WE-cycle system. This role performs routine bike and station maintenance, supports bike redistribution across the system, and maintains operational standards for bikes, stations, and equipment.
WE-cycle supports skill development through defined progression levels. As an employee builds technical skills, demonstrates proficiency, and takes on additional responsibilities, they will have opportunities to advance within the role and earn increased pay.
