Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and greeting guests entering the store.
• Engage guests to determine their needs and recommend products and services.
• Handle cashier tasks, refunds, and exchanges, including online orders.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and brand education to advise guests.
