Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish fixtures; ensure testers are available.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online orders to support omnichannel sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering an outstanding guest experience.
