Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Georgia is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with checkout, stock merchandise, and keep the store clean. You will greet guests, demonstrate products, perform makeup applications, and support in-store events to drive sales.

Flexibility is required to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or guest-service experience is preferred, along with a passion for beauty and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and advise on products and services.
• Assist with cashier tasks, refunds, and exchanges; support online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise.
