Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, Apple devices) and comfort with quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, answer questions and suggest products.
• Handle cashier tasks, refunds, exchanges, and online orders as needed.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better assist guests.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized sales floor and fixtures.
