Job summary

Aēsop is seeking a Seasonal Retail Consultant to bring our brand to life through genuine conversations and personalized storytelling on the sales floor. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and craft tailored regimens while upholding our standards and values. Weekend availability and end-date contract through January 16, 2027 are required.

Qualifications

Experience in customer-focused teamwork, preferably in retail or hospitality.
Merchant mindset: customer-focused and commercially driven.
Excellent verbal and written communication with hands-on product demonstrations.
Passion for selling premium products and interest in skincare/fragrance.
Physical ability to stand long hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Tell stories to connect with customers and identify needs.
Deliver personalized customer journeys with demonstrations and regimen building.
Guide customers to product areas and demonstrate products on their hands.
Conclude interactions with samples and invite return.
Maintain Aesop grooming standards and five senses experience.
Complete stock, inventory, and store presentation tasks.
