Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with makeup applications, and drive sales. You will greet guests, demonstrate products, and help with skincare analysis while keeping fixtures stocked and store standards high.

The role supports leadership through service, guest engagement, and operational compliance, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

High-quality guest service and selling ability.
Familiar with POS and basic technology.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Willingness to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, omni-channel sales and shrink.
Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and personalizing assistance.
Handle service, sales, refunds and exchanges; assist with online orders.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
Book appointments and support in-store events delivering guest experience and sales.
Stay informed about new products and ingredients to assist guests.
Maintain prompt regular attendance.
