Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and support store operations with a focus on service and sales. You will engage guests, share product knowledge, and help drive loyalty through in-store events and promotions.

The role requires welcoming guests, answering questions, booking services, staying current on new products, and maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales
• Greet and engage guests, inform about promotions, and recommend products/services
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
• Adhere to store policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices
• Keep the sales floor replenished, tested, and attractive
