Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store, including makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide purchases while maintaining clean, organized fixtures and replenished merchandise.

The role supports the leadership team in achieving sales goals, loyalty program participation, and event execution, with emphasis on excellent guest service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests with product information and recommendations
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Support in-store events and appointments to deliver an enhanced guest experience
• Maintain store cleanliness and manage replenishment and merchandising tasks
• Operate cash register and handle transactions with accuracy
