Job summary

Sephora at Kohl's in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion, consult with clients, and ensure an exceptional experience by staying current on top brands and visual standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, complete training, and support inventory, merchandising and departmental cleanliness to meet Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

Qualifications

Experience in beauty retail or service environment.
Strong communication skills in written and spoken form.
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
Execute and maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and operational standards, including sets, tester maintenance and cleanliness.
Support omni-processing within the department.
Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight, back stocking, replenishment, and price changes.
Support visual elements and communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
