Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will assist customers, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales, while maintaining a welcoming, clean environment.

You will greet guests, answer questions, suggest products, and support in-store events and appointments. A passion for beauty and strong teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about new products, ingredients, and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
