Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications and skincare consultations, and help guests discover products and services that fit their needs.

You’ll support the leadership team with events, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness while building relationships with guests and contributing to sales goals. A passion for beauty and strong guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Passion for guest service and beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink reduction.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online-order assistance.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandise resets and inventory procedures.
