Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests entering the store and provide personalized service.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with online orders.
• Keep merchandise fixtures stocked and store clean.
• Support leadership through store performance, guest service, and procedures.
• Assist with makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Schedule and support in-store services and events.
• Maintain knowledge of products and benefits to better assist guests.
