Job summary

Kohl’s Sephora Beauty Advisor role focuses on driving sales through a consultative approach, identifying client needs, and recommending products. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of top beauty brands, execute visual merchandising, and support replenishment and cleanliness to uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

Responsibilities include building loyal clientele, upselling where appropriate, and actively engaging in training to expand product knowledge while delivering an exceptional client

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to establish credibility with clients.
• Demonstrate products and application to inspire and drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and departmental standards.
