Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage each guest, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis; demonstrate products to guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; support execution of these events.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold store standards.
