Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assess their needs, demonstrate products, and support in-store events while maintaining store standards. This role requires strong communication and a passion for beauty.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and assist with cashier tasks. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination considered.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, assess needs and recommend Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online orders; maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise.
