Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and inform about promotions and products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales targets.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests and maintain knowledge.
