Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations. You will help customers find the right products, answer questions, and promote promotions and services.

You’ll also support in-store events, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness with a focus on sales performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Guest service passion and selling ability.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic tech.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and share it with guests.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
