Job summary

Kohl's Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and by engaging clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Kohl’s Sephora guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product applications, and participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge and sales impact.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Showcase products through demonstrations and applications to inspire purchases.
• Complete required trainings to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and departmental standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervisor.
