Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, and drive sales while maintaining store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

You will support leadership through guest service, loyalty program engagement, and knowledge of products and promotions, including in-store events and services. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, answering questions, and recommending products/services.
• Handle transactions, refunds, exchanges, and support online orders; assist with makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an outstanding guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to enhance guest interactions.
