Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and drive sales on the sales floor. You will greet guests, explain promotions, and assist with appointments and events in a fast-paced beauty retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest to determine needs and drive sales.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to enhance guest experience.
• Provide product knowledge and explain promotions and services.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to dress code and Ulta Beauty policies.
