Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, perform makeup applications, and guide customers through product selections in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will support the leadership team with service, retail sales, and in-store events while maintaining store standards, assisting with inventory and taking care of guests with courtesy and knowledge. Flexible schedule required.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales and omni-channel channels.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, answering questions, and recommending products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance the guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed about new products and their ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and dress code.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; manage testers and cleanliness.
