Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assess needs, demonstrate products, and support events and services to drive sales while upholding store standards.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, provide product guidance, and drive sales.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Assist with in-store events and services to deliver a premier guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock fixtures, and assist with merchandising and inventory.
