Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, perform beauty services, and drive sales on the sales floor. You will greet guests, demonstrate products, and support in-store events to ensure a premier experience.

The role requires a passion for beauty, the ability to learn product knowledge, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest to determine their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to deliver a premier guest experience.
• Maintain a clean store environment and ensure fixtures are stocked and organized.
• Assist with online orders, refunds, exchanges, and overall point-of-sale activities.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions to effectively advise guests.
