Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations while supporting sales goals.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends; training and in-store events provide opportunities to develop product knowledge and contribute to the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Assist guests with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Support store leadership with omni-channel sales, events, and merchandising tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized fixtures; replenish inventory as needed.
• Adhere to policies and dress code while protecting company assets.
