Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive store sales, and demonstrate product knowledge. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, assist with online orders, and support in-store events while maintaining store standards.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer relationships, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. In-store, on-site employment is typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
