Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging guests, and recommending Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold store standards and cleanliness.
