Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, greet and engage shoppers, and assist with makeup applications and product recommendations. The role focuses on service, sales, and in-store events to enhance guest loyalty and overall store performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stocking fixtures, handling transactions, and staying informed about new products. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling; ability to communicate product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to determine needs and provide personalized service.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish fixtures throughout shift.
• Assist with cash wrap, refunds, exchanges, and online order support.
• Support in-store events and drive sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
