Responsibilities

• Contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel efforts.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions, promote promotions, and recommend products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure fixtures are stocked and faced.
