Attain Sports seeks enthusiastic Bat Persons for the Aberdeen IronBirds, seasonally from June to September 2026. Candidates must be at least 15 years old, capable of standing and moving for 2–5 hours, with a basic understanding of baseball rules.
Availability for 21–42 home games and arrival 30 minutes before game time are required. Responsibilities include collecting equipment, retrieving foul balls, supplying new baseballs to an umpire, and maintaining racks.

The Aberdeen IronBirds are members of the MLB Draft League owned by Attain Sports, operating in Aberdeen Maryland. The IronBirds are excited to offer career opportunities for new or experienced sports professionals.
The IronBirds seek candidates for the role of Bat Person. The Bat Person is a crucial role to the daily game of baseball. Each time an at-bat ends, the bat person will be required to collect any equipment discarded by the batter, as well as retrieving foul balls that remain in the field of play, providing new balls to the umpire, and performing other tasks as needed by the teams or umpires on field. Bat persons should be at least 15 years of age and capable of working baseball games starting at 7:00PM and concluding 2 to 5 hours later.
