Attain Sports in Bowie, MD, is hiring a Ticket Sales Specialist to sell new and renewal ticket plans, group tickets, catered events and suite rentals for the Chesapeake Baysox. You will prospect and meet with local organizations, using cold calls and in-person meetings to build lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or Business, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

This position will work with both corporate and community-oriented customers to sell new and renewal ticket plans, group tickets, catered events and suite rentals for the Chesapeake Baysox. The successful candidate will be expected to use cold calls, face to face meetings and other marketing methods to build lasting relationships with local organizations and individuals. The ability to work as part of a team is a MUST!

The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission upon achieving set metrics.

$35,900 - $40,000 USD
