Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Bartender in Ketchum, Idaho to mix and serve beverages, oversee liquor security, and assist in bar setup and breakdown. The role represents the face of the business with a focus on exceptional guest service, reporting to the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities include drink recommendations, menu knowledge, mixing beverages, maintaining supplies, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• TIPS trained.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer guests drink recommendations.
• Know menu item origins, preparations, and ingredients.
• Mix drinks and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Complete beverage and general supply requisitions.
• Ensure guests satisfaction and inform management of comments.
