Job summary

Schweitzer is hiring a Sky House Bartender for a seasonal position. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain a clean bar, and deliver friendly, professional guest service. Shift times typically run 8:00am-4:30pm with open availability on weekends and holidays.

Minimum 1+ year bartending experience preferred; Idaho liquor laws compliance required; basic math and English literacy are expected. Training and company benefits may apply based on status.

Qualifications

• Experience providing friendly, efficient beverage service.
• Ability to greet guests, take orders and make recommendations.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take drink orders, offering menu recommendations.
• Ensure accurate serving and minimal waste by measuring pours.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area in line with health and safety standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions and operate the POS system.
• Provide excellent guest service and support fellow staff as needed.
