Job summary

The City of Onalaska is seeking Seasonal Bartenders for Omni Center events. Hours vary by event and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You will greet customers, take drink orders, process cash, and verify age requirements for alcohol.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Familiarity with health and food service regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take drink orders.
• Process orders on the cash register and handle change.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and drinks.
• Inform manager about supply levels and assist with ordering.
• Keep bottles and glasses neatly arranged and displays attractive.
• Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment and work area.
• Manage intoxication concerns and respond according to policy.
• Support others and complete special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
