Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant POS systems (POSITOUCH, MICROS) preferred.
• Professional and courteous demeanor; fluent in English; strong guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar, mix and serve beverages per standards; assist with inventory and costs.
• Assist with seasonal cocktail menu development and content for social media.
• Maintain inventory controls and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs; manage guest requests and concerns.
• Handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, and POS transactions.
