Job summary

George Restaurant, located within the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle, seeks a Part-Time Seasonal Barback to uphold exceptional service and beverage support. You will assist bartenders, keep the bar area spotless, and ensure smooth service for guests in a prestigious hotel setting.

Candidate should be willing to train, have the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and possess any required local permits.

Qualifications

• Previous barback or similar role preferred; training offered.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Food Handlers Card and MAST permit required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving a wide range of beverages with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and all related equipment.
• Replenish bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and ingredients, to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Collaborate closely with the bar team to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing top-notch service.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
