Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle is seeking a Full-Time Barback for the Founder's Club. You will assist bartenders, maintain a clean bar area, and stock supplies while delivering attentive service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Must have valid authorization to work in the USA.
• Food Handler's Card and MAST permit required.
• Previous barback or similar experience preferred but training provided.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Replenish bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and ingredients.
• Collaborate with the bar team to support smooth operations.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.
