Job summary

Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle is seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Server for the Olympic Bar. Join a luxury team and deliver exceptional guest service during peak periods, with a tentative end date of January 5, 2027. Seasonal, full-time position with strong hospitality focus.

You will handle wine pairings, upsell beverages, and maintain service standards across all shifts while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of high-volume restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Luxury dining experience preferred.
• General knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
• Advanced knowledge of wine and wine-pairings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with all menus including wine and beverage lists.
• Resets dining room according to meal period and table needs.
• Performs restaurant service preparation duties (condiments, glassware, coffee, stock).
• Informs and promotes guests of daily/nightly specials.
• Offers creative selling of products to guests.
• Answers questions and/or makes recommendations on menu items.
