Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Barback or Busser in fine dining or upscale bar is preferred.
• Knowledge of bar operations and equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand long hours.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by setting up garnishes, glassware, and tools.
• Keep bar area clean and hygienic during service.
• Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
• Wash and polish glassware and bar tools.
• Collaborate with bartenders to fulfill drink orders promptly.
• Assist in closing procedures and restock for next shift.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide friendly guest service.
• Prepare and deliver non-alcoholic beverages and water to guests.
